Shipping and Pick up Policy

Metropolitan and National Shipping


We endeavor to dispatch orders within 3 business days of placement, ensuring a swift and efficient delivery process. While dispatch times are subject to stock availability and may vary due to stock being sold out, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Delivery Specifications: Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises. Should you have specific delivery requirements, such as upper-floor delivery, please indicate these at checkout. Note: Upper-floor deliveries are contingent upon the availability of suitable lift access.

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Microshops.com.au invoice and before you place your order online.


Address Requirements


Non-PO Box Deliveries: As we utilize a comprehensive Australia-wide courier system, we require a residential or business address for delivery. PO Box addresses cannot be accommodated.


Risk of Loss


Microshops.com.au will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Microshops.com.au will advise the Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Microshops.com.au will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.


Click & Collect Pick Up


  • All pick ups can only be collected once we have processed your order and have sent you an email or text message stating that your order is ready for pick up.
  • All orders ready for pick up but are not picked up within 2 weeks will be classed as uncollected and therefore will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee applied.
  • Walk-in orders are not available.
  • The processing time is usually within 3 days. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be ready for pick-up.
  • Plese collect your order with an availabe ID and the order ready for pick-up email sent to your email address
  • Customers can check their order items on site. Please leave the items at the pick-up point if any issue found, and email or message the customer support the details to avoid any delay of exchange.
  • The staff at the pick-up point are not aware of your order. They merely check your ID and the order pick-up email to verify your identity. Please contact us directly for any question raised.
COLLECTION OF ALL ORDERS IS BETWEEN 9:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Sunday.

Return Shipping


Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the client unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries, incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
