1. Warranty Coverage

Microshops is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that provide durability, and long-term satisfaction. We stand behind the excellence of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

2. Warranty Duration

All office and dining chairs sold by Microshops are covered by a generous 3-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and provides coverage for a variety of components and functions. All other products have a standard one year warranty.

3. Warranty Coverage Details

During the warranty period, Microshops will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part or component of the product that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

For the office chairs, this warranty covers all parts of the chairs, including but not limited to:

• Seat and backrest
• Armrests
• Base and casters
• Hydraulic gas lift mechanism
• Lumbar support
• Headrest
• Reclining mechanism

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, and cosmetic damage.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Products marked as "as-is" or "used" at the time of purchase.

5. Warranty Process

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number or attach the receipt, a description of the problem, and photographic evidence if possible.
• Microshops will evaluate your claim and may request additional information.
• If a repair or replacement is approved, Microshops will arrange for the necessary action.

6. Warranty Limitations

The warranty provided by Microshops is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. Microshops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

7. Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
